Now that SGson is 4 years of age, we have decided to bring him out for his second oversea trip. His first maiden trip oversea was to Penang by air ( May 2010). He was surprising well behave during the 1 hour trip given his hyperactive nature.
This time round, we have decided to visit Hong Kong again. As mentioned in one of our earlier post, we were there in 2003 Dec. Well, time flies, after seven long years, we are going back there again, with the addition of SGson of course! The initial plan was to go New Zealand but since we do not know if SGson can take the long journey, we decided to shorten the 'air' time by going to Hong Kong. Ocean Park and Disneyland would be the 2 must-go theme parks for SGson.
The exact itinerary will be populated below gradually by SGMale once he has finalized the places to visit.
We will be flying off on the 10th Dec, just in time to experience the X'mas mood and spirit there. And mostly important of all, both SGMale and SGFemale are looking forward to enjoying the nice and cooling weather there.
Day 1:
- Victoria Harbor
- Short visit to Nathan Road - Tsim Sha Tsui - Shopping District
- Stanley Market
- Ladies Market (Mongkok)
Day 2:
- Shopping!!@ Times Square, Causeway Bay
- Victoria Peak
- Temple Street Night Market
Day 3:
- Star Ferry
- Have Dim Sum somewhere near Star Ferry
- DisneyLand
Day 4:
- Shopping!! @ Central District
- Repulse Bay (Go during Weekday)
- Space and Science Muesum
- Middle Kingdom => A miniature China that houses Chinese shrines, street scenes, temples, and palaces only at Middle Kingdom.
Day 5:
- Macau
- Water World => Travel Hong Kong with kids would never be so much fun without taking a plunge on Water World. Enjoy wave pools, play area, and water slides.
Day 6:
- Ocean Theme Park
Day 7:
- Lai Chi Kok Amusement Park
Day 8:
Day 8 will definitely be a short day as half the time we will be busy packing our stuff and luggage.
